Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the US and Canada.

 

What are your shipping rates?

To the US, We offer ground shipping for $5 and two-day air shipping for $20. To Canada, we offer two-day air shipping for $30.

 

When can I expect my order?

Our warehouse team will process/ship most orders within 24 hours but may need up to 3 days depending on your order size. Make sure to factor that in addition to the shipping time we quote from our carrier partners at checkout.

 

Do you offer overnight shipping?

We do not offer overnight shipping at this time.

 

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

We do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes at this time.

Returns

What is your online return/exchange policy?

For orders placed on thousandfell.com, we accept returned or exchanged sneakers in new condition with all original packaging for a full refund.

For sneakers with signs of wear/damage, please recycle them through our recycling program. You can get started at thousandfell.supercircle.world/landing.

If you want to make a return or exchange, you are responsible for a $4.95 restocking fee for US-based shipments and $20 for CA-based shipments.

You have 30 calendar days from the day you receive your shipment to initiate your return or exchange. Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment used to place your order. You can begin a return or exchange through: thousandfell.happyreturns.com. Please note: we monitor returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

We do not accept returns or exchanges beyond 30 days from receipt of your order. In the case of an exchange, we will allow additional exchanges within 30 days of receipt of your most recent shipment.

 

What if my return is late?

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed at our warehouse and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.
