Very Uncomfortable

I've had a very rough time breaking these shoes is, which doesn't seem like anyone else's experience. I've been wearing the shoes for about two months now and they're still terribly uncomfortable to wear, even after doing all the tips customer service advised. I don't know if they'll ever get 'broken in' or if they're actually just this truly uncomfortable to wear?

Feels like I'm walking on pillows

These shoes pair with almost all my outfits from dresses to jeans to office attire. They're super easy to slip on and it feels like you're walking on pillows. I would say it's like walking on clouds but I've never walked on a cloud before.
